Please select the forms below to register for the 45th annual 2023 API Golf Tournament to be held at the Sidney Country Club on June 22nd - 24th. Please make sure you fill out the appropriate applications below as there are now separate applications for the Stroke Play and for the Scramble Play.

The following Entry Form is for Scramble players only. All players must be 21 years of age or older to participate. As a reminder each application must be filled out completely and a check submitted with the entry fees in order to secure a spot in the tournament. If you are a single player, only fill in Participant #1 on application. Also make your preference of a Friday AM or Friday PM start request. Entry Fee per player is $350 for this year's event. Each team must have a combined handicap of 55 or more. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY MONITORED. Golfers with a handicap of 12 and under will be REQUIRED to compete in the Medal Play format. The application must be completed in full along with the entry fees being paid in full.

The following Entry Form is for Medal (Stroke) Play competition and is open to any golfer with a proper USGA handicap. All players must be 21 years of age or older to participate. As a reminder each application must be filled out completely and a check submitted with the entry fees in order to secure a spot in the tournament. This is an individual Medal Play competition and players with handicaps of 12 or below MUST play in this division. Golfers with handicaps 13 and above can choose either division. Medal players are also paired with another player for the Calcutta portion and you can register together and play together for both days of the event. The application must be completed in full along with the entry fees being paid in full.
